I am reading this as meaning that validated wafers will become available for the next production / integration steps before end of March.

I have asked for clarification for the reasons for continuing the rectification process and the potential benefits of doing so. I assume that it may allow some of the old batch production to be rescued. That in turn may make a demonstrable chip just a little bit closer.
