I agree. He cannot purchase shares as the share is in suspension. The fact he has not been issued shares (at this point) indicates independence and any shares to be issued would need to be allocated via an AGM.

There is nothing to read into this other than ticking the box for what needs to be advised to the market.

Hopefully we get some sort of update this week. would love to know what is happening behind the scenes.
