    I am expecting a bounce when/ if the SA Govt is returned. Premier Jay Weatherall said the election was a plebiscite on renewable energy.
    Added to the refinancing announcement by March 31, we should have a solid upside by the end of the first week of April. Biy concerned about today's 3+% fall, though.
