It's a speculative stock with enormous potential so its perceived value is higher than any value based on revenues, which haven't really begun (I say really). Knowing that not all companies will survive the next few years, AC8 and CAN are at a premium because investors are confident that they'll be the Coke and Pepsi of the industry in the long run. THC had similar forward-looking confidence until board problems rocked that.
Everyone in Chile grows their own, eh? That's hardly substantive research and just plain wrong.
I don't think you'll get your chance to not buy at 70c but there are always opportunities to not buy whatever the price.
