    the most important thing is the Indicated JORC and Scoping Study

    raising $20M needs these things

    the market & investors need to see real drill results (rather than JORCs from old data) & see the potential economic value

    imo, this company was crazy thinking they could issue a Scoping Study without doing any major drilling

    it was a big error of judgment by them & always makes me cautious of those leading this ship
