    IMO Hanking is serious about taking over PGO, so they will use whatever toys to achieve the 50% their goal.
    if they feel not comfortable getting there they will lift the game by offering more.

    You are right nothing is guaranteed but chance is almost certain that PGO will fall into Chinese Hanking's hand, on or above 5.75 cents.
