If Hanking get over 90% and compulsorily acquire the remaining shares it would be at the final takeover price or above if a court ordered the valuation wasn't sufficient. It can't be below but would likely be at the takeover price. Also they can't just delist if they get over 50%, they need shareholder meetings etc. People would get plenty of notice prior to this happening and in normal circumstances would be able to sell their shares although would be price takers in that scenario if they wanted to get out.
