    So then : what are the consequences of each decision ?

    1. You accept , you get paid. Walk away. Given
    2. You decline. HK obatin control. what happens then ?
    i) you sell on line - no bidders ?
    ii) compulsory acquisiton
    3. You decline. HK do not obtain 50%, they raise the bid ?
    4. You decline HK join as makority holder with further resources to bring the mine to fruition ( preferable ? )
    5. Other ? not considered ?
