I'm looking at the takeover from the perspective that Hanking want to have PGO trading under their entity listed in Hong Kong and not on the ASX.
I highly doubt Hanking have any intention of even mining at Mt Bundy and all they want to do is prove up more resources to then on sell the project to a serious miner.
Thats my 2 cents anyway, from looking at the facts the uncertainty around any sort of concrete structure moving forward within the company after the takeover and even right now, makes the risks far out weigh the return.
