That's your experience but certainly not mine. I have been involved in a previous take over and the remaining shares went up almost 40o% because there were limited shares on market in a company that was going places.
My understanding with the delisting rule it is only an option not mandatory and works on the number of remaining shareholders. It the percentage.
Even so, you still own a piece of the company and run with them on the train to production orbin selling. Suits me
So no misleading here. I believe you will see an extension of the offer today to try to get their 90%.
Shsreholders who sold out without any resistance only have themselves to blame.
