    No it did not hit 5.8 cents, 5.75 highest today matching the offer price.
    The reason it goes as high as 5.75 is the offer is unconditional and set to happen.
    Those buying at 5.5 or 5.6 cents will get 5.75 cents within 21 days. safe play for easy money although a small margin.
