I was going to reply, but see Chambers has posted the same point of view I have.
1) the JV agreement might deal with this exact situation of resource sharing. Sounds like a great AGM question.
2) If it doesn't, Talleys are unlikely to block it if there is a deal to be done to their benefit. There may be some give to get involved.
