In terms of COGS
Few factors that could be impacting COGS. The expansion into new markets where distribution costs may be higher until they are more established in the Eastern States. For example if they have been shipping units back and forwards from WA?
New features in the technology that have not yet come down the cost curve in terms of economies of scale?
Also what do people think about the selling outright vs subscription model and its impact on COGS?
