It worries me that Blue Ocean is a related entity. My one worry about a micro cap such as this is the possibility if directors milking it for personal gain. There's been no sign of that so far, but the Blue Ocean link to a director (found via google) and now the loan, is what stops me from investing further.

In another note, the $30 mil of forward orders is excellent!
