T10, people mention Housing Bubble, ?? vs Land price Bubble

Im a house Builder, Im not building right now because land is so expensive.

Its alomost imposible to make a profit building and selling a house due to the cost of land , and also the high non-tangible costs involved with applications for approval etc.

So dont you think we actually have a land Price Bubble instead, because its not possible to build cheaper houses, most builders have tiny margins.
