his series on mortg stress is "interesting" .....it will only take a "smaller" inc in rates to chg prop dynamics across Oz (compared to cycles past) ........

if we get 4 rate rises in USA (possible) - what will that do to lending rates here (given O/S is a material source of funds for Oz banks) ?
