    It's simple really, people don't have the money to buy, there's no wage growth, I've been exceeding expectations and I have seen a pay rise in 3 years. That new 4K TV that I was eyeing up is going to have to wait because I simply don't have the money. It's simple really, pay a rich man 1 million a year and hell go out at buy 1 TV. Pay 10 people 100K and now you've sold 10 TV's. Get with reality people. Retail is tough because people don't have money to spend, all they have is debt.
