marsC - concur - there has always been competition ........previously (70's) - the mum&pop operator's, the 80's - start of interwebby ......90's - the "other" bricks (and clicks) & mortar, 00's - proliferation of the "tilt-panel" shop fronts in every bleeding suburb (sometimes 2 or 3 inside the one suburb) .......how many beds can a community buy !

at least Gerry seems to keep abreast of marketing ........

as T-10 says - this "theme" has some ways to play out .......(agree 100% imho)..
