Not before the remaining entrails are sorted out and they have delisted it, restructured it and turns it around as a viable business they wont.
Essentially the shareholders will carry the burden of the cleanup and any trailing legal issues then they will delisted from the ASX (may well keep as an unlisted public company) and restructure and either sell bits off or, as you say, relist at a premium some time in the future.
