You may be right but I feel better doing something than not. The thought of people basically defrauding SH and getting away without paying even one cent compensation makes my blood boil. They said nothing about the true financial situation for months after they had to have been aware months beforehand.
Those clowns used a blowtorch on billions of dollars of other peoples money and they should be prosecuted whatever it takes. If a few Federal members were conned like you and me ASIC would be crawling all over SGH and a Royal Commission underway.
The penalty for failing continuous disclosure to shareholders in the USA is up to 20 years prison even here it's up to 5 years prison. The law just needs to be enforced so ALL public company directors don't disregard the law and consider ASIC a toothless tiger.
