Not going to happen Jim - no matter how many people complain.
If for no other reason - it'd be just too hard/expensive.
SGH would have ASIC tied up in legal crap for years and it would lose.
ASICs staff would be retiring before a conclusion was reached.
The bloke at MB told me the legal crap that's already going on is the most complicated ever seen by some of the most experienced lawyers in MB.
And, to make matters worse, it's on both sides of the world. Just think about legal arguments if it turned out that breaches of law on one side are not breaches of law on the other side.
Much easier for ASIC to turn a blind eye and go look for softer targets to terrorise that can't afford to fight it - like you or me.
