I have to salvage as much as I can from this sorry episode believing JS AG and the Directors of “the old SGH”
I have put in claim via MB class action. I also put in a direct claim to Korda Mentha and received communication yesterday that it was either one or the other.
I also have a case with ASIC that was responded to by the tea boy!! I don’t give out much hope for that..!!
Also I’d appreciate your advice on the speculation that AC will go private. Where would this leave shareholders in the 5% of the public ally listed stock. I have lost so much that the amount I have left being diluted by 98% isn’t worth selling!!!
What would happen to any potential capital gains loss if they go private or get sold off elsewhere..
I don’t have the same amount of accounting experience as you, but just was a poor shmuck that believed the AG JS story and so bought ore shares on their reassurance that this was the “most vigorous due dilligence ever seen” and listened to AG assurances at the many sessions assuring us that the shooters were all wrong...
