Isn’t the 40 million coming from the escrow amount of 50 million that’s been in dipute for almost a year now? The 50 million escrow money and the court action for 600 million are two separate events. They will be concluded at different points in time. I’d image the escrow monies is the easier one to get a negotiated settlement for.
