the 40$mil claim is correct as per the restructuring agreement....if SGH UK wins the first 40mil comes to SGH aus but thats surely not going to happen anytime soon....the claims are made to people who have no money nor their networth is worthy talking about....but 40 mil is a small amount if they get anything say 100mil.....so yes i m expecting 40mil but when no idea....6$ right now is final destination of this rally IMO if at all this continues....but i agree with JIM we are just getting overly bullish when nothing major has happened...having said that this is not DCB rally in anyway....
