    To be clear free float value can rise beyond $10M but my point is AC can't sell much on market without overwhelming buyers. Thinking more about it I can see SGH becoming a true public company again with AC taking it private fixing it up and then IPO again divesting themselves of SGH. I'm interested what others think about how AC will divest themselves of SGH.
