    Which Institutions are you talking about? I'm only aware of a group of distressed debt buyers AKA 'vulture funds' that own virtually all of SGH.

    The company (read AC) has said they are selling off or closing much of what remains. Nobody is interested in buying the bad bits but possibly interested the good bits. That means the forward revenue and profit outlook is worse. SGH is losing lawyers to other firms who are taking clients with them. The rank and file is to be cut by up to 200 soon.

    I believe SGH will go private mostly because AC doesn't need to make anything public after that. I think AC will make good money on SGH but ordinary shareholders will not.
