Spot on Shane - glad you are up to speed with the regs and details.

I'm amazed sometimes how ignorant some companies are are about the rules and their obligations (ASX and ASIC). One even told me once that they weren't required to provide share register information, nor even in their reports to market. And amazingly, had decided not to include a T20 in the Annual Report. Unfortunately sometimes I think that the responses of companies not following the rules are taken as gospel by members of said company, which then becomes assumed fact.
