This is not quite correct, a company does not need to give a Top 50, there is a requirement to supply a full copy of the share register within 7 days, provided the required fee ($250) is paid, a proper request is made and the share register is not be used for non compliant purposes (stuff like sending spam email about unrelated products or services etc)
