You quite clearly said there will be no CR. Today's announcement quite clearly states there will be a CR.
What gives? How can Oracle even be an investor without a CR? You do get that if they "invest" they will give money and get shares in return. This is a CR.
So why would Oracle invest in a company whose products have shown little traction in the market? Seems weird to me. I wonder how many of these 100+ Oracle M&A's involved companies as small and, imo, as insignificant, as Norwood?
