Good to see you were content enough with the Nor response/explanation to not sell all your shares. I’m not having a go a you and believe your experiences to be genuine.
My concern was your immediate response to HC mentioning how terrible the apps had been on your travels (when more then likely it was out of Norwood’s hands) and saying you would sell all next trading opportunity.
The issue is many posters claim they are selling out, posting false information creating fear only to suit there agendas.
I think it’s good that you were able to communicate with Nor and share your experience, not throwing in the towel. It’s how the company will improve with user feedback and will Benefit Holders in the long run.
Everyone can do their bit... download and try the apps. Share to family/colleges.
