Funny thing, was just coming on to post a follow up to my previous posts.
No havn't sold just yet. Just got back from my vacation this week and contacted Norwood support recently. I have been given a response/explanation as to why it was not working in my particular situation, it was apparently to do with regulations of the country not allowing VOIP without paying a weekly fee to the local telco. I will give them a benefit of the doubt as I did have to use VPN to use Whatsapp calling. They are unsure why WorldSecure wasn't working and I have not been able to replicate the issues since coming back to Australia so find it very strange.
Based on the response I have hesitantly decided to hold for a bit longer to see if the price gets pumped up again to help me recover some losses. I am more on the sell side than hold side right now and will be reducing my position when I can unless things turn around quickly with regards to the regularly mentioned deals.
