Hi Stormer, so what you are saying is that SH here are cognitively impaired, not to know the true value of DMX-200 and also HIT Receptor & compare it to an offer for a biotech with a much larger share registry to our puny 150 million (odd)? We aren’t 60c buy out price (5 x is ridiculous). It simply is not an option.

How do you know they aren’t in talks with multiple Pharmas already? That’s been mentioned, if you do your homework . When you are looking at 26 million people in the USA alone with diagnosed CKD, let alone a global problem & multiple patents plus FDA orphan status, management will be looking at International market value’ not ASX puny value.

Then you can add on the value of HIT Receptor platform that helped scientists to discover this drug in the first place & also for NASH & MS (from memory) that we don’t have the $ to fund trials for, but it’s there, in that HIT Receptor pipeline. Do you seriously think SH here will take a low ball offer? We don’t need to & here’s why:

The more progression we have through 2b, & if successful, as I truly believe it will be (without the hype), the more Big Pharma will have to offer for a chronic & complex care drug. We are in no position we have to accept low ball offers now, thanks to our healthy bank balance, in a big way thanks to current SHs. Our Share register is a healthy & protective one...people that won’t dump a mass of shares for profit like instos & Sophs do...regardless of upcoming trial news (note IMU recently).
