Yep, the worrying part is the retention rate dropping. Makes you wonder about the quality of the product. I can't find their NPS listed anywhere. They have only positive reviews on sales force app exchange. Hard to tell if the retention rate dropping is related to price increases and other one off kind of stuff or if it's indicative of a product that sells well but doesn't follow through on its promises.
