I'm not sure the can just bury the news in a quartely or half yearly report.

They had $1.1m in current liabilities at the end of June, which was well before the court case concluded, so I reckon the current liabilities is probably just an accumulation of unpaid accounts.

I could be wrong though.

Red Frog, you may be right. If you look at note 9 at the end of the report, it refers to that amount being spent on acquisitions. I'm expecting a call on Monday from the Co. secretary so I'll provide an update then if we can't figure it out before.
