The Company is proactively working to identify and review other new projects or asset acquisition opportunities, to enhance its project portfolio with an aim to increase the overall value proposition of the Company and ensure it is best placed to deliver value and upside potential for all its shareholders.
Principal Activities
The principal activity for the Group for the financial period was mineral exploration, with a focus in Australia and Africa.
There were no significant changes in the nature of the Group’s principal activities during the half year.
The consolidated net profit of the Group after income tax for the half year ended 31 December 2017 amounted to $97,382 (31December 2016: $258,960).
