The US$19 mill injection has given them some mobility. I'd be happy to see the debt wiped to be honest; maybe a combination of cash and equity @ a revised conversion price (somewhere near current SP).
I'm not really a fan of pinging Karoo @ the bottom of the market. I do understand why they'd do it but if they are just going to get peanuts for it then may as well hold onto it. It'll most likely get JV'ed imo.
