The other advantage of doing it this way for CCA is that pre $19m raise they owned 33% of a the LLC and post raise they still own 33% of the LLC, there is no dilution on the back of a strong raising that will fund the buildout and promotion of the entire business . I would also hazard a guess that in very likely event that this is a success it will open many more doors for CCA going forward to participate in future start ups using a similar model.

I don't think Ivykoin will have an IPO since it already raised all the money with ICO. CCA owned 33% of Ivykoin platform and if Ivykoin do well so does CCA.
The half yr results is not so good.
