    At least now we have a vague idea what the problem is .
    Also when MG says "near future" or "shortly" it's pretty accurate .
    Reading between the lines it seems that if they can sort out these risks soon they want to go ahead . but if the doe won't renegotiate these problem areas then GLE is not a good buy for SLX. They can walk away as Silex just own the bat and ball
    It sounds like Silex pulling out of a GLE buy and moving to plan C (whatever that is) is a real likelihood at this stage.

    The only other positive I can draw from this is at least some companies with deep pockets have had a look at the test loop results , and to date we haven't heard any criticisms of the viability of the Silex tech itself over centrifuge. So in a normal market , it seems we have a saleable product.

    It may now be up to the DOE whether they want to see this tech on US soil , but ultimately it has always been the US governments call . the only difference is that call looks like it will be made in the "near future".
