    I am guessing the chinese JV is very much about getting into the chinese market with ferries not military vessels, and the benefit is that having a chinese company involved opens doors to the market that asb is having trouble entering without the JV so win /win. But if you have hard evidence to the contrary happy for you to convince me otherwise,
