    JV with the Chinese is really dumb. They are well know for technology theft. Great way to loose the company's comparative advantage & IP and find that you educated a new competitor. Not good for military secrets either. It is effectively a dictatorship that doesn't care much for international laws.

    Occasional shareholder but not at present.
