    Hey. Don't think the word financing would exclude an offtake. You see how loosely they throw around the term imminent

    Also, if it has actually progressed to a semi binding stage then i would have assumed they would have signed some sort of confidentiality agreement. Especially of negociating with more than 3 parties.
