What is it with you guys and your conspiracy theories. The release says its in advanced discussions and the board is confident of completing a successful transaction. The rest is all the disclaimers that the ASX makes all companies put on these types of announcements. So what they are saying and giving us a heads up is they are confident of doing a deal ----- thats why this stock is being bought. DYOR but it seems pretty obvious.
