I am going to put this out there! Cokal release news that deals are still in discussion but could still fall over. Some people get scared and sell or some people sell to create fear. It allows for the people in the know to buy back in and price continues to go up pre news. ASX issues a speeding ticket! Company replies: we have just updated the market that negotiations are ongoing and satisfies the criteria for price rise. Could be wrong just my own opinion!
