They have moved away from trying to get an offtake because all vendors want a serious discount and also dont want to share the risk of the business
They want a party who is ready to take the risk of running the business in return for profits from PCI - yes the share of profit for cokal would decrease but in any climate they would remain a viable business - think of this as a supercharged IAA/Beacon deal - all IMO
Also this financing goes further than PCI as well in IMO
