Ann: Full Year Statutory Accounts, page-3

I mean Jay Hughes not Dale hughes (father & son), but yes it appears that none of the directors/chairman took up any stock at all in the recent raising!, and it appears Jay (and Glenn?) may have sold some stock in the run up to 6.5/7.5 cents (I did notice Euroz were massive sellers in that brief spike up there) , and I note no change in substantials for any of the major holders for that matter, so this means 65 million shares have literally been dumped on the street at 5.5 cents. All the wrong signals as they look to market story over the next 6 months, what were they thinking?
