Water Corporation WA built those, and they are state owned.
It said on the program they were planning a third desal plant (one was built in 2006 and another in 2012).
Maybe Fluence could do a public/private partnership ... long-shot but wonder if state of WA will put out a tender? I'll email Ross/Henry and see if they have this on their radar.
