Interesting analysis... but the announcement itself say $CAN 1.3 million gross operating net income to WBE.
That's a healthy income stream for a market can pf $9 million. Then you have 20% interest in Point Loma JV, Xanadu and Warro (although that is on the backburner for a while).
Seems an impressive set of income producing assets for a company with such a small market cap.
