You need to keep up with the recent announcements. On 20 March we were told:
"Mantra expects to distribute its Scheme Booklet to shareholders in April 2018, with a vote of Mantra shareholders to be held in May 2018. Subject to the satisfaction of all outstanding conditions the Scheme is expected to be implemented in May 2018."

As to my assumption for payout by July (i.e. May if you are lucky but just as likely during June, I base this on previous experience with buy-outs and the time it seems to take from formal decision to when everything has been finally settled and the registry has processed everything and actually issued payment. You will note the imprecision of the company announcement in that they only state a month and not a specific date for either the Scheme Booklet or the vote. Plus, there are still some outstanding conditions to settle.
