    1 key thing for me is do they have to pay for the components etc for CAT to do the build, or a percentage of that or is that for CAT to finance? If they need to make 100 machines for KSA, then they'd need up to $1m per machine in construction. I'm sure that they would probably deliver them in lots of 10-20 as they are built so effectively progress payments. Still that means that they would need $20m-ish to finance the production.
