I think that with a couple of articles showing that photo (which looks awesome BTW) will see the price push up for the next week or two. Then if nothing else, will start drifting down again.
I just re-read the CAT MOU. 12 months from July 3rd. "which may be either extended by mutual written agreement or terminated by either party at any time"
Given that neither have terminated, that is a positive sign. You might be right about an extension but I would think that both parties are keen to get the manufacturing off the ground as soon as is practible, therefore an indoor demo to CAT might be enough.
The 20 cents CAT options expire on June 30th, so I would imagine FBR want to push the price above that before then. Best way to do that is with a CAT contract and CAT would know that too.
